Namiki Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (NPT) aims to be the high level manufacturing factory of Namiki group in SEA. We commit to understand and meet our customer's requirements, international standards as well as the regulatory requirements by maintaining the system effectiveness and encourage the continuous improvement in everything we do.
We have strived to build the eco-friendly and quality into our products. Our goal is to provide the safety and defect-free product at the most competitive cost to our customers on time.
Environmental Policy
Namiki Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (NPT) establishes the environmental management system with the intentions to protect the environment, prevent pollution and any deteriorating the environment that occur as a result of our owned industrial and related activities.

We will take following actions to enhance the environmental performance by,
a. Handle waste properly such as waste segregation, wastewater treatment
b. Reduce waste from production process
c. Reduce consuming resource such as electricity, water, gas
d. Preserve factory fine sight, NPT realizes that factory is not only the production place, but also the place to be recognized to improve environment of this area.
e. Provide environmental friendly products complying with international standard or any concerning customer’s requirement to meet their needs and gain customer’s satisfaction. - We commit to comply with environment legislation, regulations, related requirements and compliance obligations.
- We set and review environmental objectives and targets periodically, which lead to continual improvement.
- All employees and any involving interested parties are communicated, trained in order to raise awareness, encourage participation and fulfill NPT environmental policy.
- Environmental policy is available to the public.

Human Resource Policy
Namiki Precision (Thailand) Co.,ltd. believes that in order to obtain and keep capable and qualified individuals who are willing to contribute their best efforts to accomplish the objectives of the Company, the Company must establish certain policies which will form a sound basis for achieving the best possible employer – employee relationship and through this the optium of efficient operations.
Started below is a list of these policies. Every employee of the Company is involved in these policies and we ask that you do everything possible to help strengthen and carry them out. And the Company definitely intend to make and keep these principles and policies a living reality in our organization.
- The Company will fill every vacancy the best qualified individual obtainable : with due regard to the basic policy of promotion from within. If no qualified person, it necessary to recruit from outside.
- The Company will assist employees to develop their skills and managerial abilities to the greatest extent they are capable.
- The Company will provide for up – to – date and comprehensive training programs designed to develop employee and equip them to discharge their responsibilities.
- The Company considers it is duty and responsibility to provide sound wages and salary, benefits, hours and working conditions to its employees. It will do this when it seems necessary without demands from any party.
- The Company will inform employees on policies and procedures which affect their work and their status in the organization. Information must be made available which will give employees a better knowledge and understanding of their company, its business, its plans and its progress.
- The Company will assure every employee the right to appeal decisions, ideas and the suggestions through directed superior or Human resource Department.
- Our company prefers that employees will feel to discuss and settle problems with management directly rather than find it necessary to secure representation for collective bargaining purposes.
No Discrimination Policy
- The company shall not engage in or support discrimination in hiring, payment of wage and remuneration, providing welfare and opportunity for training and development, promotion, termination of employment or retirement based on nationality, race, religion, language, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, trade union membership, political affiliation or personal opinion.
- The company shall not obstruct, interfere or perform any act affecting employees’ activity, exercise of rights or their practices related to race, national tradition, religion, sex, personal expression on sexual orientation, trade union or political party affiliation as long as the employees’ activity does not cause any damage to the business.
Labour Relation Policy
- The Company will provide and welfare to all employees fairly without demands from any party.
- Every employees is like one of the same family. All superiors and all levels will be supporter of employees. Company accepted to be consultant and solve any problems of employees neutrally.
- The company will treat employees equally. Without exception.
- The company will encourage employees and family activities to build good relationships.
- Every story has a fairly solution. Company will take care any problems by various methods such as complaint system, consultation system and so on.
